MERKLEY+ PARTNERS: JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Supervise project operations for the Novartis healthcare brand and its promotional content for Kisqali. Collaborate with creative, media, and account management to ensure all campaign requirements have been successfully routed across teams and delivered on time. Create daily project documentation to distribute to clients and internal stakeholders; organize agency meetings for client touch bases and team reviews.

UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO FOUNDATION: PROJECT COORDINATOR

Evaluated and prioritized incoming project requests to the Advancement Services team. Trained external Foundation partners in Advancement processes and Wrike. Developed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and dependencies. Directed project execution, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and quality standards.

LIBBEY GLASS: TRAFFIC COORDINATOR

Managed cross-functional marketing and Libbey process deliverables to ensure proper deadlines are established and target dates are met. Identified creative team timing conflicts, workload concerns, or information gaps whenever necessary. Partnered with marketing team members to plan for incoming project pipeline volume and resource requirements. Evaluated competing requests with sound perspective and a solid business case to negotiate priorities and resources appropriately. Led key initiatives and creative projects, including project kick-off and creating process timelines to ensure timely project completion and delivery of creative projects. Reviewed creative assets for accuracy prior to review by the cross functional teams. Assisted Jupmode during the holiday season by strengthening their e-commerce fulfillment processes and improving the company’s curbside order facilitation. Fielded customer service calls in relation to Jupmode’s sales department and retail order inquiries. Supervised and educated two early adolescent French children in a multicultural learning capacity for a gap year experience. Coordinated engaging learning experiences for host kids in a timely manner and according to their weekly calendar of events. Adapted cultural mindset to a higher-communication context through education and usage of the French language with French natives. Promoted English literacy through reading and writing assignments, games and activities centered around the English language and American culture. Graduated from French courses at B1 Level at local Ecole de Langue.
